InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients, you manage your availability, and InstaSwim covers liability insurance. Requirements include minimum 2 years of instructing, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. Join a nationwide network and earn competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.
