Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' private homes and community pools within your location. You set your schedule and get paid quickly, with InstaSwim adding you to our liability policy.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating personalized lesson plans, and ensuring student safety while traveling to client locations. Must have at least 2 years of experience and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
