Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, may travel locally, and receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Instructors are added to our general liability policy and matched with clients based on area and availability. Requirements include 2+ years of instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
