Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You control your schedule and select which clients to work with, earning competitive pay after each lesson.

Requirements include 2 years of experience, 18+, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. You must travel locally and maintain a safety-focused, fun learning environment for students of all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
