InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and select clients, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson. Travel to local pools is required and liability coverage is provided.

Responsibilities include private and small group lessons, tailored lesson plans, progress assessment, and ensuring safety. Expect quick onboarding and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, structured learning experience while ensuring safety.
