Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay after each lesson.

You’ll travel to client locations, deliver safe, tailored instruction, and build personalized lesson plans. Must have at least 2 years of experience, be 18+, and hold CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and has US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
