Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel to local pools; compensation is paid quickly after each 1-hour lesson, with flexible client matching and insured protection through InstaSwim's liability coverage.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid certifications, reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Certified in CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
