Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' private homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, ability to travel to local pools, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
