Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, we provide clients, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, and a professional attitude. Expect to travel locally, maintain safety, and tailor lessons to individual student needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
