Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. This role offers local travel, consistent pay, and the chance to join a growing network of instructors.

Requirements include 2+ years of instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transport, and US work authorization. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
