Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, choose which clients to work with, and you can receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, being 18 or older, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a willingness to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
