Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

This is a flexible role paying per hour with opportunities to choose clients and start quickly. Qualifications include at least 2 years of swim instruction, being 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student skills and progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students.
