InstaSwim LLC is hiring private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the U.S. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, age 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and the ability to create personalized lesson plans. Background check clearance is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
