Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools nationwide, including the Asheville area. You set your own schedule while we supply clients and support your work with quick payments after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Insurance coverage and background checks are provided by InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
