Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You decide when you work and we supply the clients; payments are processed quickly after each lesson.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and willingness to pass a background check are required. You’ll travel to local pools and tailor lesson plans to each student.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with valid work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
