InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools in your area. You set the schedule and can earn competitive pay for each 1-hour lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization. Expect fast payments and local travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
