Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including the Chapel Hill, NC area. You set your own schedule and travel locally to client locations; we provide the clients and quick pay after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a clean background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client locations safely.
• Create customized lesson plans.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student needs.
• Provide engaging and safe learning experiences.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
