Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You control your schedule, choose which clients to work with, and payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, being 18+, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and the ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Able to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
