InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to conduct one-to-one and small group lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You control your schedule and travel locally, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
