Job summary

InstaSwim is actively seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim adding you to our liability policy.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, 18+, US work authorization, and reliable transportation. Earn $40-$70 per 1-hour lesson with flexibility and travel within your chosen radius.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills and progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety at all times.
