Talent Search Pro seeks a driven Loan Officer to originate and close high-volume loans for real estate investors nationwide, leveraging an existing book of business and client relationships. You will augment this with company-provided leads to expand production beyond current levels while maintaining a focus on closing loans efficiently.

• Active book of business with established investor relationships.
• Private Lending / DSCR experience strongly preferred.
• Proven high-volume originator and closer.
• Ability to self-source and generate business.

Responsibilities

• Travel to industry conventions and investor meetups.
• Grow presence in the Tampa market and develop referrals.
