Job summary

Upcoresolutions is seeking a high-performance Loan Officer team member focused on real estate investors nationwide. The role requires originating and closing high-volume loans, leveraging an existing book of business and relationships with real estate investors.

Company-provided leads supplement personal sourcing, with a goal of $3M+ monthly funded production and room for $4M–$5M+ for top performers. Ideal candidates have active books, strong direct relationships with investors, and can convert

Qualifications

Active book of business and established relationships with real estate investors.
Private Lending / DSCR experience strongly preferred.
Self-sourcing and ability to generate new business.

Responsibilities

Travel to industry conventions and conferences.
Host investor and client events.
Attend local real estate investor meetups weekly.
Prospect and develop new investor relationships.
Maintain and expand existing client relationships.
Build a strong presence in the Tampa market.
Turn successful closings into repeat and referral opportunities.

Job description

Our client is seeking -a high-performance sales team focused on real estate investors nationwide.

We want Loan Officers who can originate and close high volume, bring established client relationships, and continue building their own business.

The ideal candidate already has an active book of business and established relationships with real estate investors. We will provide company-generated leads as an additional source of opportunity to help our Loan Officers increase production beyond what they are already generating.

This is not a role for someone who intends to rely exclusively on company leads.

Our target is $3M+ in funded production per Loan Officer, per month, with significant upside for producers capable of $4M, $5M+ and beyond.

The Profile We Want

Existing book of business and client relationships
Private Lending / BPL / DSCR-focused experience strongly preferred
Proven high-volume originator and closer
$3M+ monthly funded production strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to self-source and generate business
Transferable pipeline is a significant plus
Strong direct relationships with real estate investors
Ability to convert company-provided leads into additional production
High-volume, phone-first sales mentality
Creates opportunities rather than waiting for them
Strong ability to establish value, overcome objections, and ask for the business
Relentless and disciplined follow-up
Financially sharp and comfortable discussing leverage, credit, pricing, structure, and loan options
Competitive, persuasive, resilient, coachable, and accountable
Strong CRM and pipeline-management discipline
Takes ownership from initial conversation through closing
Focused on funded volume, closed loans, repeat business, and referrals
