Job summary

UpCore Solutions seeks a top-producing Loan Officer to originate and close high-volume loans for real estate investors nationwide. The ideal candidate already has an active book of business and established relationships, and will leverage company-provided leads while expanding their own pipeline.

We target $3M+ in funded production per Loan Officer monthly, with significant upside for higher performance. A strong track record in private lending or DSCR-focused deals is highly valued, along with

• Must have an active book of business and established relationships with real estate investors.
• Proven ability to originate and close high-volume loans.
• Strong ability to convert company-provided leads into additional production.
• Demonstrated capability to self-source and grow a personal pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relentless follow-up to close loans.
