Job summary

Le Bas International is recruiting a Private Jet Senior Sales Executive for the US market, based in Huntington Beach, CA. This full-time role focuses on generating a strong sales pipeline, managing client relationships, and coordinating flight logistics for both passenger and cargo charters.

You will work with an established team across our Huntington Beach HQ and international offices, driving growth through uncapped commissions and comprehensive support services.

Responsibilities

• Generate a pipeline of qualified sales prospects.
• Initiate and maintain business relationships with customers.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems on flights.
• Work on current booked flights, handling etc.
• Designate tasks associated with current booked flights and trip sheets.
• Oversee charter quotes, contracts and trip sheets.
• Oversee operator documents, insurance, and ARGUS / Wyvern reports.
• Close out trips with operators and approve invoices.
• Enter all prospect information into the contact management database.
• Identify customer needs to recommend charter options.
• Quote the customers.
• Administer contract paperwork on trips sold.
• Set up pre-flight arrangements with handlers and concierge services.
• Monitor aircraft for arrival/departure and updates for customers.
• Handle post-flight closeouts.
• Conform to SOPs for sales and sales calls.
• Be willing to travel for meetings or sales events.
