Qualifications

• Previous private aviation experience is not essential; we are seeking candidates from competitive sales environments such as recruitment, insurance, financial services, technology and luxury services.
• Proven experience in outbound sales.
• Confidence making high volumes of prospecting calls.
• A resilient, persistent and self-motivated approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business through outbound calls and prospecting.
• Identifying and engaging high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Building and managing your own portfolio of charter customers.
• Developing long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
• Managing your sales pipeline and following up consistently.
