Menska Ltd in the United States is seeking an experienced Private Jet Charter Broker who thrives on winning new business and turning relationships into repeat bookings. You will own your client portfolio, supported by a well-established private aviation business with strong operational backing and an uncapped commission structure.

You will identify charter opportunities, develop relationships with UHNW individuals and corporate clients, negotiate competitive terms, and manage the client journey

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in private aviation charter sales or brokerage.
• Proven ability to generate your own charter enquiries and win new clients.
• Existing network of private aviation customers and industry contacts.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft types, charter pricing and the US private aviation market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to business development.
• Candidates with exceptional high-value sales experience and a strong understanding of private aviation may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generating new charter business and developing your own portfolio of clients.
• Building relationships with UHNW individuals, business owners, executives, family offices and luxury travel partners.
• Managing charter enquiries, aircraft sourcing, quotations and negotiations.
• Working with internal flight operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identifying opportunities to develop repeat business, referrals and long-term client relationships.
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
