Job summary

Air Charter Service in Miami seeks a Private Jets Sales Consultant to manage the full travel and sales cycle, delivering high-quality customer service so clients can simply fly. You will build client lists, target prospects, and coordinate with operators to offer the best aircraft for each journey.

You will promote client relationships, drive repeat business, and work toward exceeding sales targets, with training and travel opportunities in a dynamic, fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Build your list of potential clients by researching databases, websites, and social media.
• Pro-actively target lists through outbound calls, emails, and visits (face-to-face or virtual) and convert them into ACS clients.
• Build relationships with Private Jet Operators to provide suitable aircraft options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Exceed sales activity and financial targets consistently.
• Ensure company procedures are followed to protect ACS and the client.
• Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and chartering process.
• Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
• Monitor flight departures and oversee operations.
• Build a wide network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
• Make prompt, clear decisions including tough choices or risks.
