Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin seeks a detail‑oriented host to manage homeowner relations, communicate preferences, and promote resort activities. You will ensure seamless service, coordinate events, and maintain accurate records while supporting management in daily operations.

The role requires English fluency, multi-tasking ability, and familiarity with MS Office, Excel and Opera. On-site housing benefits and full-time hours are included.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate with MS Office, Excel and Opera.
• Able to work well under pressure and multi-task.
• Must communicate in English with guests, colleagues and management.
• Business or Management qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products, services and offerings to communicate and sell to homeowners.
• Promote activities at the resort and coordinate homeowner events.
• Communicate arrivals, preferences and expectations to departments.
• Record homeowner issues in the guest response system and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate vendor access to homes and manage on-site bookings per SOP.
