Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin seeks a Manager, Connectivity to oversee the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay communications. You will promote the resort's facilities, services, experiences, and local attractions while guiding a Connectivity team to deliver personalised, timely communications and exceptional service.

The role requires 5+ years in Front of House within a 5-star setting and at least 2 years in a leadership position, with a passion for luxury guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Front of House operations within a 5-star hotel or resort setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Connectivity team.
• Supervise daily operations, staffing, scheduling and standards.
• Own guest communication from pre-arrival through post-stay.
• Oversee the Connectivity call center and ensure quality.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
• Oversee guest requests and share information with departments.
• Build relationships with guests and create memorable experiences.
• Resolve concerns promptly with appropriate follow-up.
• Monitor guest feedback to improve service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, rates, and promotions to generate revenue.
• Monitor room types, rates, discounts, and policy applicability.
• Communicate guest arrivals to appropriate departments.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
