• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; US work authorization.
• Based in Miami or able to commute daily.

Responsibilities

• Household management: keep the home tidy, organize spaces, and oversee daily routines.
• Oversee cleaners, vendors and deliveries when on site.
• Personal assistance: manage calendars, book meetings, and arrange reservations.
• Plan travel end to end, including flights, packing, and itineraries.
• Run errands and handle shopping, pickups, and returns.
