  • Direct banquet staff and delegate responsibilities.

  • Confirm headcounts and menu execution before service.
  • Serve as liaison between FOH and BOH during events.
  • Confirm plating accuracy and portion standards.
  • Prevent deviations from contracted menus.
  • Manage timing adjustments calmly and efficiently.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and decisively.
  • Authorized to approve comps up to $300 (or defined threshold).
  • Escalate issues beyond authority to GM.
  • Maintain calm, steady presence under pressure.
  • Regulate team energy and prevent visible panic.
  • Reinforce service standards and professionalism.
