About the Role

The Banquet Captain plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of banquet events within hospitality venues across the United States. This position is responsible for overseeing banquet service staff, coordinating event logistics, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction throughout each function. The Banquet Captain acts as the primary point of contact between the event organizers, kitchen, and service teams to guarantee that all client expectations are met or exceeded. By managing the flow of service and addressing any issues promptly, the Banquet Captain ensures that events run smoothly from setup to breakdown. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the venue’s reputation for excellence and repeat business by delivering outstanding banquet experiences.

Minimum Qualifications
