Job summary

Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an organized and driven House and Maintenance Manager for our client's estate in West Little Rock. This hands-on role oversees day-to-day maintenance, coordinates service providers, and ensures the estate is kept to a high standard.

This is a 40-hour-per-week, full-time position overseeing both the private residence and a lake home (temporarily during market listing). Strong independence and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or estate maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors or service providers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift, carry and perform routine physical tasks.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across the estate.
• Coordinate housekeeping, pool, grounds, and contractors.
• Maintain service records for household systems and equipment.
• Ensure the estate remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Assist with events and homeowners' hosting coordination.
• Provide proactive maintenance scheduling and vendor follow-up.
