Job summary

Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an organized and driven House and Maintenance Manager for our client's estate in West Little Rock. This hands-on role combines light maintenance with vendor coordination to ensure the estate is well-kept and fully functional.

You will oversee the primary residence in Little Rock and a lake home in Hot Springs, coordinating schedules, managing service providers, and maintaining records. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or estate maintenance of large residences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors or service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and upkeep across the estate.
• Coordinate and manage outside service providers.
• Maintain service records for household systems and appliances.
• Monitor and address maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Assist with event prep and homeowners' needs.
