Job summary

BD&J Injury Lawyers seeks an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a private UHNW estate in Los Angeles. You will manage operations, maintenance, and ongoing projects, serving as the primary liaison to contractors, vendors, and staff.

The role requires proactive leadership to ensure top-tier property standards and discretion in all matters. Responsibilities include coordinating renovations, budgets, and schedules, inspecting property conditions, and preparing the estate for events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estate or property management experience.
• Travel between properties and locations with a valid driver's license.
• Experience with high-end residential properties and contractors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the estate.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, service providers, and staff.
• Lead property improvement, renovation, and installation projects.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Conduct property inspections and resolve issues proactively.
• Review proposals, invoices, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate security, landscaping, technology, and other services.
• Prepare estate for family, guests, and events.
• Maintain records of vendors, projects, warranties, and documentation.
• Provide regular updates to family or representative and maintain confidentiality.
