Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or estate management.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, vendors, and service agreements.
• Strong organizational, discretion, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day needs of about seven properties, including homes, offices, and land.
• Coordinate inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergencies.
• Source and manage third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Support due diligence, entitlement coordination, and construction oversight for development initiatives.
• Travel between properties and service providers as needed.
