Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager (CRE) in Kansas City to direct the Property Management staff and oversee a portfolio of properties, serving as the primary contact for third-party relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, financial stewardship, tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering reports and supporting construction projects.

This position requires a Bachelor's, 5+ years experience, and CPM/RPA/CSM designation or license;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management.
• Provide leadership through policy development and information flow.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and cash flow management.
• Maintain interface with third-party owners and contract compliance.
• Resolve tenant relations issues and oversee property inspections.
• Oversee construction projects and reporting.
