Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years property management experience at a 425 unit apartment community required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Positive energy and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task with time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, RentCafe, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Utilize Yardi Voyager for occupancy, maintenance requests, and AR data tracking.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and standards.
• Ensure lease agreements and renewals are processed efficiently.
• Address tenant concerns with effective conflict resolution.
• Oversee data entry for tenant information, leases, and maintenance.
• Maintain organized files for contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and on-site staff.
