Job summary
Google is seeking a Strategic Partner Development Manager, Private Equity, to drive recruitment of PE partners into the Google Cloud portfolio and accelerate adoption of Google Cloud services. You will work with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to align executives, develop co-innovation plans, and orchestrate co-sell motions across partner sales organizations.
US-based role with a focus on Global PE partnerships, involving complex multi-year platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in partner management, business development, sales, or channel development in the technology industry.
- Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach leading global Private Equity firms to establish programmatic AI transformation blueprints.
- Define resource allocation models combining Google GenAI partners with Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
- Structure and negotiate end-to-end partnership agreements and cross-incentive frameworks.
- Advise PE Managing Directors and PortCo CxOs, presenting GenAI implementation proposals.
