Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks a seasoned technology leader to drive IT due diligence and value-creation initiatives for Private Equity clients in a high-growth setting.

You will assess acquisitions, develop post-close optimization roadmaps, and manage IT integrations and carve-outs, coordinating across deal teams and portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years' experience in technology leadership roles or consulting within high-growth or PE-backed companies.
• Proven success in IT due diligence, post-merger integration, and modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI/ML.
• MBA or relevant bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to build relationships within the PE sector and willingness to travel.

Qualifications:
