Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a senior technology leader to guide due diligence, post-acquisition value creation, and integration initiatives within the Private Equity sector.

You will lead high-volume IT due diligence projects, develop modernization roadmaps for portfolio companies, oversee IT integration and carve-out programs, and design AI/ ML-enabled go-to-market strategies, while mentoring junior staff and partnering with PE deal teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology leadership experience, ideally CIO/CTO/VP-Engineering in PE-backed or high-growth tech firms.
• MBA preferred or Bachelor's in IS/CS/Finance.
• Proven success leading IT due diligence, value creation, and modernization projects.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI/ML considerations.
• Strong relationship-building with PE stakeholders and deal teams.
• Willingness to travel; work authorization in the US without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume IT due diligence projects to assess risks, identify value drivers, and prepare reports for investment decisions.


• Develop and implement technology roadmaps for portfolio companies, focusing on modernization, cost reduction, operating model redesign, and automation.


• Oversee IT integration and carve-out projects, establishing governance frameworks to track synergy realization, cost savings, and ROI.


• Design go-to-market strategies leveraging AI/ML to enhance value creation and strategic advantage.


• Engage with stakeholders, including PE deal teams and portfolio executives, providing expert advice from diligence to exit.


• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering expertise in PE deal processes and technology methodologies.


• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum eight years of technology leadership experience, preferably in in-house roles such as CIO, CTO, or VP-Engineering within PE-backed or high-growth tech firms; consulting experience is a plus.


• Advanced degree (MBA preferred) or relevant Bachelor’s in IS, CS, or Finance.


• Proven success in leading high-impact IT projects, especially in due diligence, value creation, and modernization.


• Deep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and AI/ML considerations.


• Strong relationship-building skills with PE stakeholders and deal teams.


• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
