Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Director in Private Equity IT to lead technology due diligence, value creation initiatives, and IT integration for PE clients.

You will drive AI-enabled assessments, oversee governance, and mentor staff while partnering with PE deal teams through diligence to exit.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in technology leadership roles (e.g., CIO, CTO, VP-Engineering), preferably within PE-backed or high-growth tech firms; consulting experience in PE is valued.
• Advanced degree (MBA preferred) or a Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven success in leading high-impact tech projects across diligence, integration, and modernization, with proficiency in AI/ML tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, building relationships with PE partners, and driving business growth.
• Willingness to travel as needed and authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence projects for private equity clients, using AI tools to identify risks, value levers, and investment needs.
• Develop and implement technology value creation strategies to improve EBITDA through modernization and cost optimization.
• Oversee IT integration and carve-out initiatives with governance, tracking synergy realization and ROI reporting.
• Drive go-to-market strategies leveraging AI/ML for scalable advantages and advisory to deal teams.
• Lead stakeholder discussions with PE deal teams and portfolio leadership across diligence to exit.
• Mentor junior staff and build PE deal lifecycle expertise within the team.

• Oversee IT integration and carve-out initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, tracking synergy realization, and reporting ROI to stakeholders.
• Drive go-to-market strategies leveraging AI/ML for scalable and strategic advantage, acting as a trusted advisor to deal teams and portfolio leaders.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, including PE deal teams and executives, providing expertise from diligence to exit.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering expertise in PE deal lifecycle, technology methodologies, and project excellence.
