Role Overview

This position involves leading technology due diligence, post-close value creation, and integration initiatives for Private Equity clients.

The candidate will assess platform and acquisition risks using AI tools, develop strategies for technology optimization, and manage governance frameworks to ensure successful execution and ROI.

They will also craft go-to-market strategies leveraging AI/ML for scalable value creation, lead strategic stakeholder discussions, and mentor junior staff to foster expertise in PE deal lifecycle, technology methodologies, and delivery excellence.

The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and AI/ML considerations, with experience in high-impact technology projects, especially within PE-backed or high-growth tech environments.

Candidates must demonstrate leadership in technology-driven M&A activities, relationship-building with PE deal teams, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced settings.
