Job summary

RoShay Services seeks an experienced technology leader to drive IT due diligence and value creation for Private Equity clients across acquisitions and post-close optimization.

You will lead high-volume projects, use AI tools for analysis, and deliver reports to guide investment decisions. Travel and U.S. work authorization are required as you guide technology integration and governance to maximize ROI across portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth tech firms; consulting background valued.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and AI/ML.
• Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Developing go-to-market strategies and acting as a trusted advisor on leveraging AI/ML and technology for scalability and strategic advantage across portfolio companies.

Mentoring junior staff and fostering expertise in PE deal lifecycle, technology methodologies, and delivery excellence is key.

Qualifications include a minimum of eight years of technology experience, preferably in leadership roles within PE-backed or high-growth tech firms, with consulting experience valued.

Strong knowledge of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and AI/ML considerations is required.

Proven success in managing high-impact projects, operating in fast-paced environments, and building client relationships is necessary.

Willingness to travel and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship are also required.
