Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Private Equity Fund/Investment Company Accounting experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and recommend solutions.
• Experience with governing documents such as LPAs and side letters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily Fund Operations with the Director.
• Manage operations and accounting of an existing fund.
• Perform in-depth reviews of financial reports.
