Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Private Equity Fund/Investment Company Accounting & Reporting experience.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes in processes and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of ASC 946 and IFRS reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Fund Operations alongside Director/Managing Director.
• Oversee accounting operations of an existing fund independently.
• Supervise a small staff of accountants if necessary.
