Gen II Fund Services is hiring a Fund Accounting Manager to oversee fund operations and manage accounting tasks. This role requires 7+ years in Private Equity Fund Accounting along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.

The position involves leadership responsibilities focusing on the full private equity fund lifecycle. The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $170,000, depending on experience, along with a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Private Equity Fund/Investment Company Accounting & Reporting experience.
• Management and supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Fund Operations in collaboration with Director/Managing Director.
• Supervise and direct an accounting staff as needed.
• Oversee Client Fund deliverables and perform thorough reviews.
