Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in Accounting or Back Office Operations.
• Prior experience with various financial products.
• Ability to delegate effectively and manage a small team.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile funds positions/securities to outside sources.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients.
• Manage relationships and governance meetings with clients.
• Lead and enhance operational processes and technology.
