Job summary

IQ-EQ in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Manager for our fund administration team. You will oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations, manage audits, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.

You’ll work directly with leading private equity clients, applying LP agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications while training junior staff and enhancing team efficiency. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Over five years of progressive experience in private equity or related fund administration.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting/finance skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and build relationships.
• Experience supporting complex fund operations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds and manage timelines.
• Apply LP agreements knowledge to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR metrics.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while improving processes.
• Prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior staff.
