Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager to lead fund administration for top private equity clients in a structured, high-performing environment. You will oversee complex fund calculations, financial reporting, and investor communications under senior guidance, driving process improvements across engagements.

You will manage audits, tax requests, and financial reviews, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to ensure timely, accurate deliverables while upholding IQ-EQ’s standards.

Qualifications

• Over five years of progressive experience in private equity or public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds.
• Apply knowledge of limited partnerships to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR metrics.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews.
• Prioritize tasks and train junior team members.
